Alison Norton is the owner of Alison Norton Properties - You will find in her an outgoing advisor who clearly demonstrates a passion for people and first class service delivery. A strong proven track record over the years of listing and selling properties, assisting with relocation into Spain and find her clients the perfect fit.



Alison and her family moved over from Cape Town South Africa in 2019 and since her arrival she has been actively involved in real estate and its associated services. Developing a business and growing a team has been something Alison has put her hand to more than once.



Working as the Regional head for a stock exchange Environmental Company for 20 years kept her busy. However, she also turned her hand to her husbands business and in partnership with him they had a construction and plumbing business, they would specialise in purchasing land for spec homes and renovations and extensions to existing homes. It was in this partnership that Alison found her real passion and made immediate work of setting up her career in Real Estate in Costa del Sol as soon as she landed in Spain.



As a family we were looking to relocate our initial option was Australia and then my sister in law invited us to Spain on holiday. We had never considered Spain to be honest. We arrived in the July to the gorgeous area of Benahavis - A few days into the holiday, I remember saying to James this is a no brainer. Fast forward 6 months to 2 January and we landed in Malaga.



Initially working for a well known Real Estate company in Marbella selling New Development properties and high end luxury resale properties and there after working for a well know real estate company in La Cala de Mijas as a listing agent before branching out on her own and starting Alison Norton Properties in 2022.



Anyone who knows Alison will attest to her complete dedication in finding her clients the home of their dreams. In particular, she is passionate about helping people wishing to relocate to Spain. Alison has dedicated herself to helping other realise their dreams of living on the Costa del Sol.



Moving my family ( dogs included ) to Spain has been an amazing journey, eye opener and welcomed experience for all of us. I am happy to share with you my successes and the some of the speed bumps that we encountered along the way, but more importantly to share what a wonderful life it truly is here in the Costa del Sol for you and your family. A beautiful climate, beaches, mountains, affordable healthcare and cost of living with excellent international schools - I honesty wouldn’t live anywhere else !
