Alison Norton is the owner of Alison Norton Properties, she is an outgoing Property Advisor and Relocation Specialist who has a passion for people and delivers exceptional customer service. Alison has a proven track record of success in her years of listing and selling properties and also specialises in assisting families wishing to relocate to Spain.
Developing a business and growing a team is something that Alison is very familiar with. Previously, she worked as the Regional Head for a listed environmental company for 20 years and has also worked in partnership with her husband in their successful construction and plumbing business which specialised in acquiring land for spec homes, as well as, renovations and extensions to existing homes. In this role, it became evident to Alison that she had found her real passion - real estate!
Alison and her family moved to Spain from Cape Town in South Africa, and since her arrival, she has been actively involved in the real estate industry and its associated services. Initially, she worked for a real estate company in Marbella selling new development properties and high-end luxury resale properties, and thereafter, she worked for a well-known real estate agency in La Cala de Mijas as a listing agent before branching out on her own and starting her real estate and relocation agency ‘Alison Norton Properties’ in 2022.
Anyone who knows Alison will attest to her complete dedication to finding her clients the home of their dreams. In particular, she is passionate about helping people wishing to relocate to Spain on the infamous Golden VISA and she has dedicated herself to helping other realise their dreams of living on the Costa del Sol.
