Alison - the founder - began her Spanish real estate journey working with reputable agencies in Marbella and La Cala de Mijas, specializing in new developments and luxury resale properties. In 2022, she founded Alison Norton Properties, driven by a vision to offer a comprehensive, client-focused, turn-key service on the Costa del Sol.

Our offices are located in the heart of La Cala Hills, where our growing team includes Sales Support, Marketing, and an in-house Renovations Manager.

We provide 360° support, guiding clients from the initial relocation enquiry through currency services, VISAs, finding the perfect home, and even after-sales renovation support. Alison Norton's Story

Alison and her family relocated from Cape Town, South Africa to Spain, where she quickly became deeply involved in the real estate industry and its associated services. She began her Spanish property career working in Marbella, specializing in new developments and high-end luxury resale properties, and later joined a well-known agency in La Cala de Mijas as a listing agent. In 2022, Alison took the leap to launch her own agency, Alison Norton Properties, combining her expertise in real estate with a passion for client-focused service and relocation support.

Known for her dedication and commitment, Alison goes above and beyond to help clients find their dream home on the Costa del Sol. She has a particular passion for assisting clients relocating to Spain, including guidance on the Golden VISA, helping individuals and families turn their dream of living on the Costa del Sol into reality.
