- A full property inventory is conducted when the property is signed onto our books and is authorised by you prior to handover
- Once monthly inspections of the home and your choice of report (by telephone or whatsapp message)
- Any concerns are immediately communicated to the owner
- Flushing all toilets and running taps around the home
- Watering of indoor plants
- Mould check
Adhoc Repairs
- We have a pool of trusted English-speaking tradesmen who we can contact in the event of any ad-hoc repair work being required
- We will secure quotations for any works necessary and seek your approval prior to any work being carried out and will oversee the scope of works
- Final sign-off of works will be sent to the owner with photographic evidence and video along with a supporting Recommended Repairs Report

- Inventory is completed following each clean and submitted to clients
